Antique Information
If you want top dollar for your unused, unwanted or even broken diamonds, gold, silver and platinum rings, earrings, necklaces or watches you can find the best confidential buyer here. Many jewelers claim to pay the most... why give us a try? The main reason is that our buyer is a G.I.A. (Gemological Institute of America) Resident Graduate Gemologist and we have a complete in house gemological lab. Only a very small percentage of jewelers are actually gemologists and even fewer maintain an in-house lab. While most jewelers must guess at the quality of a diamond (believe me they always guess the quality is lower than it is) a Graduate Gemologist can determine the exact grade. That means a higher offer for you. Having a Graduate Gemologist offer on your colored stones is even more vital. Most jewelers must resort to guessing if a stone is natural or not. Our G.I.A. Graduate Gemologist has a complete in-house gemological lab. There is no need to remove and send out the gemstone for a costly lab certificate that takes weeks for completion. We can identify, grade and then offer you top dollar in one day while keeping your valuables secure and in-house.
Feel free to explore our website. You can literally go on a treasure hunt though your unwanted, unused or broken items. Several of our customers have made quite a business going to estate sales, garage sales or even buying off websites like ebay. All they needed was information on what to look for. Now they are selling to us and some are making thousands of dollars on a single weekend. We also do business with insurance companies and probate attorneys. If there are several heirs to an estate which includes diamonds, jewelry or watches. We can compently ascertain the value of the estate jewelry and quickly issue the funds to be distributed as the clients desire.
Insurance Appraisals
An insurance appraisal is the retail replacement cost of an item today. It is the cost to duplicate the item in a retail environment. We can examine and identify all types of diamonds, jewelry or watches and issue official appraisal documents for your insurance company and your personal records.
Estate Appraisals
An estate appraisal indicates the actual cash value of an item in today's market. This type of appraisal should be used for estate purposes, thus saving inheritance taxes (if applicable). The charge for an estate appraisal is lower than an insurance appraisal. If a verbal estate appraisal is preferred there is usually no charge.
